West Texas Windmill | Mixed Media Art Print

This product is a print only and comes unframed.

Inspired by the open roads and weathered landscapes of West Texas, West Texas Windmill began with an original photograph by Hillary Wysong of a windmill discovered along a Texas backroad.

To create the finished mixed media artwork, Hillary printed the photograph onto transparency, layered it over a clear cutting mat to introduce the intersecting grid and linework, then photographed the composition through glass. The resulting piece transforms a familiar symbol of the Texas landscape into something more abstract, textured, and unexpected.

With its layered lines, muted earth tones, and unmistakable windmill silhouette, this West Texas art print brings an artistic interpretation of Western heritage to a gallery wall, living space, office, or collected interior.

Printed on thick, museum-quality matte paper for a refined finish that preserves the texture, depth, and detail of Hillary's original mixed media work.
